You don't need another diagnosis. You need a nervous system that's finally been given a real map — and a way back to steady ground.
We map your nervous system's history from ages 0–25 across six developmental lines, before we design anything.
You leave with two concrete tools you can use anywhere — not homework, not theory. A baseline of how far they can take you on their own.
Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) is an injection of numbing medication that calms a nervous system stuck on high alert. It's only introduced if your fear static is too high for the self-calming tools from Step 2 to reach — a timed SGB, delivered through our physician partnership, lowers that baseline first.
With your body resting in physical safety, we reconstruct the developmental milestones trauma interrupted — without re-traumatizing your system.
Insurance-model therapy is built around a 2-hour intake and a diagnosis code. That structure works for a lot of things. It does not work for mapping two and a half decades of developmental history.
Stepping outside that model means we set our own intake length, our own assessment depth, and our own pace of care — instead of a pace set by what a claim will reimburse for. It also means you're paying directly for that depth, which is a real tradeoff we want to be upfront about, not a footnote.
Stellate Ganglion Block (SGB) is delivered through our partnering physician David Harris, DO. The SGB is integrated directly into your CUBE care plan rather than treated as a separate referral into a different system. It's only introduced if the baseline assessment shows your fear static is too high for Protocol and Somatic Stimulation and Cognitive Reframing to reach on their own — see Step 3.
Tell us a little about where you are. A member of our clinical team will follow up to schedule your intake.
